Wānaka, New Zealand · July – September 2026
Elite all-mountain coaching with Rookie Academy at Treble Cone. Six nights at a private lakefront estate. For experienced skiers who know there's still more.
The Coaching
Most skilled skiers hit a plateau and stay there for years. Not because they lack ability — but because they've never had access to the kind of structured, professional coaching that actually breaks ingrained habits and rebuilds technique from the ground up.
Rookie Academy's NZ All-Mountain Camp at Treble Cone is one of the most respected adult ski coaching programmes in the southern hemisphere. Five full days on the mountain with world-class instructors. Small groups. Video analysis. Real progression.
We've partnered with Rookie Academy to wrap that coaching week in an experience worthy of it.
Five days of structured coaching across Treble Cone's varied terrain. Groomed runs, off-piste, steeps and variable snow — coached, not just guided.
On-hill video capture reviewed with your coach each day. See exactly what your body is doing and understand precisely what to change.
Matched by ability, not just level. Individual attention throughout the week means you progress faster than you would in a season of regular skiing.
Everyone here chose this week deliberately. The camaraderie that develops — on the mountain and around the dinner table — is a defining part of the experience.
Treble Cone is Wānaka's premier ski area. Dramatic terrain, reliable snow, and arguably the finest views in New Zealand alpine skiing.
The Week
Every day follows a rhythm designed around one thing: helping you ski your best. You push hard on the mountain. You come home to something that makes recovery feel like a reward. By day five, you'll be skiing things you didn't think you could.
This isn't a holiday with some skiing in it. It's a serious training week with a world-class base. The farm handles everything off the mountain — transport, food, recovery — so your only job is to ski well and absorb everything your coaches give you.
Evenings are unhurried. Chef-prepared dinners around a long table, with people who've just shared the same mountain and are already planning tomorrow's runs. The kind of conversations that don't happen at a hotel.
Farm breakfast prepared and waiting. Fuel for the day. The lake outside the window.
Private daily transfer from Roys Peak Farm to Treble Cone — 25 minutes, door to gondola.
Full day of coached skiing. Morning technical sessions, afternoon terrain application. Video capture throughout.
Private transfer back. Hot tub, sauna, the farm to decompress in.
Daily 30-minute massage in your room. Not an optional extra — it's part of the week. Your body will need it.
Four evenings, a private chef cooks at the farm. Local produce, long table, good wine. Two evenings at leisure in Wānaka.
The Property
Roys Peak Farm sits on Lake Wānaka, 25 minutes from Treble Cone. It is not a hotel. It's a working farm with one of the most extraordinary settings in New Zealand, taken over entirely for your group for the week.
Accommodation is in the Roys Peak Farmhouse — a beautifully appointed property with private rooms, shared living spaces, and the kind of quiet that you only find when you're properly away from everything. The lake is at your doorstep. Roys Peak rises behind you.
